1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service

BonBon provides a platform connecting car owners with garages: bookings, progress tracking, payments. BonBon does not perform repair services directly — garages are responsible for the quality of their work.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use BonBon to: distribute illegal content, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, or harass others.

5. Payments

Payments are between car owner and garage. BonBon does not hold funds. Payment disputes are resolved between the parties; BonBon assists with transaction lookup.

6. Intellectual property

Brand name, logo, source code, and designs are owned by BonBon. No copying or distribution without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

BonBon provides the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BonBon is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

8. Termination

BonBon may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
