Terms of Service
By creating an account or using BonBon, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using any feature, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.
2. Service
BonBon provides a digital platform connecting owners with garages — booking, progress tracking, QR payment tools and garage management. BonBon does NOT directly provide repair services; the garage is an independent party responsible for service quality.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe (phone, password, OTP). All activity under your account is treated as yours. Notify support@bonbon.com.vn immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use BonBon to: distribute content that violates Vietnamese law; commit transaction fraud; access or interfere with the system without authorisation; harass other users; use bots or unauthorised scrapers. Violations may result in permanent suspension.
5. Payments
Payments flow between owner and garage — BonBon does NOT hold your money (we are not an e-wallet). Payment disputes are resolved between the parties; BonBon assists with reconciliation logs within 48 hours of a written request.
6. Intellectual property
The BonBon name, logo, source code, designs and content are owned by BonBon. Copying, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works is prohibited without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
BonBon is provided "as is" and "as available." Within the limits permitted by law, BonBon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
BonBon may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, or lawful government requests. You may delete your account at any time per the Delete Account page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation; otherwise by competent courts in Vietnam.
