Delete account

Delete inside the app

1. Open BonBon app → Profile → Settings.
2. Choose "Delete account".
3. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered phone.

Delete via email

Email support@bonbon.com.vn from your registered address (or include the account phone number) with subject "Account deletion request". We verify and process within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

All personal data (profile, vehicle info, service history, notes) is removed from production. Transaction/invoice records are retained per legal obligations (up to 10 years under Vietnamese accounting law), after which they are deleted.

Data retained

Electronic invoices and transaction logs are retained under Vietnam's Accounting and Tax laws.
