Delete your account and data

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the BonBon app → Profile tab → Settings.
2. Tap "Delete account" (bottom of Settings).
3. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered phone. Done — no further steps needed.

Option 2 — Delete via the web

Visit bonbon.com.vn/delete-account, enter the registered phone number, confirm with the OTP. Useful if you've already uninstalled the app.

Option 3 — Delete via email

Email from the registered address (or include your registered phone) to support@bonbon.com.vn with subject "Account deletion request". We verify identity and process within 7 days.

What gets deleted

All personal data is permanently removed: account profile, vehicle records, service history, notes, profile photo, internal messages with garages, location data.

Data retained under law

E-invoices and financial transaction logs are retained under the Vietnamese Accounting Law (Law No. 88/2015/QH13) and Tax Administration Law — for up to 10 years, then auto-deleted. This data is unlinked from your identity after account deletion.

Timeline

Production removal: within 7 days. Backup removal: within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
