Common issues
- Can't sign in? Check the registered phone and your connection. If OTPs aren't arriving, use "Forgot password" to recover via email.
- Payment failed or sent to the wrong account? Screenshot the error and the bank receipt, then email support@bonbon.com.vn — we reconcile within 48 business hours.
- Want to export or delete your data? Profile → Settings → My Data, or see Your Rights in the Privacy Policy.
- Plate scan not detecting? Make sure the plate is clean, lit, and shot straight on. You can also type the plate manually — send us a sample to improve the AI.
- Not receiving notifications? Open device Settings → BonBon → Notifications and enable. On iOS also check that Focus modes aren't filtering us.

If you're from Apple App Review or Google Play Review and need a demo account, walkthrough video, or testing help, email support@bonbon.com.vn with subject "App Review – BonBon". We respond within 24 hours.
